Over the years I have done a lot of different things - worked for a circus, lived and worked in Africa, presided over the birth of chav haute couture while working for a well-known clothes manufacturer in exotic Hackney, shovelled rancid peas for a living, thrown metal around, even been a bouncer (doorman). I have always tried to find ways of expressing myself. The flowering of this came when I returned to DJing around 20 years ago, after a 20 year lay-off. This eventually led me on to visual work, creating music videos and audio-visual art. Extracting stills and doing design work for a variety of events (Spannered, Aromatiq, Colours Heard, Fish for missiles, +Plus) and venues (Redhouse, The Earl) drew me back to the graphic.
